Dennis Schroeder is the lead Executive Advisor/Consultant and
CEO of the Center for Executive Performance. Dennis has worked
with individuals and organizations around the world.
The Center for Executive Performance specializes in career,
life, and business solutions through helping the client discover
his or her personal needs and style- discoveries vital to the
ultimate goal of enhanced individual effectiveness. Mr. Schroeder
has twenty years of executive coaching experience and has led
the career transition of hundreds of senior executives. Mr.
Schroeder built two major regional human resource and outplacement-consulting
firms.
In his career as an Executive Coach, Mr. Schroeder has managed
the career transition campaign for five currently sitting Chairmen/CEOs
of billion dollar, publicly traded companies, CEOs of numerous
privately held companies, and hundreds of "C" level direct reports.
Mr. Schroeder has trained with The Second City Training Center
in the art of improvisational acting and served for a year as
Vice President of Marketing for Second City Communications.
He has introduced the value of improvisation and acting into
executive skills workshops where he trains executives to think
on their feet through basic improv techniques. Improvisation
has been used and proven successful in team building for many
Fortune 100 clients.
In 1998, Mr. Schroeder expanded from traditional career coaching
into coaching executives with personal and organizational performance
issues in industries as diverse as retail, manufacturing, financial
services and insurance.
Mr. Schroeder holds a BS in Quantitative Finance from the Mills
B. Lane School of Banking and Finance at Georgia State University.
He is certified in several personality assessment methodologies
and has studied extensively the impact of stress on executive
interpersonal performance.
